Wow, what an interesting one, so I had to look up what a “gose” is. . . its a Geraman, traditional whitebeer, generally quite sour, and claims to be one of the oldest styles of beer ever produced.
As for this example. . . The first thing that hits you is a super-sweet caramel sort of smell. . . but thats where it ends!
Its quite fruity, and you can taste a saltiness to it, but more than anything it is quite sour.
Honestly, Ive never tasted anything like it and it definately wasnt awful, therefore I am going to have to geive it a solid 3/5!

OK, funny story this one. . . first time I ever went to a Bierkeller bar, in Liverpool, and seemingly they didn’t sell any beer! only various lagers.
I asked if they had any dark beers in bottles and the guy said yeah, we have these, so we agreed and he popped the cap off them, one each fro me and my mate Jonny. . . then he tapped it into the till and went pale. . . Apparently they were £20 each! We nearly died, and obviously he had opened them, so there wasnt a lot we could do about it. We ended up getting them half price, but it is still to this day the dearest beer I have ever bought!
Was it worth it. . . No, but. . . It was a fantastic beer, very tasty, nicely smoked, and one we savoured. I would definately drink it again, its smooth and strong, full bodied, but I wouldn’t pay that much for it!

Its a strong IPA, nothing particularly distinctive about it, though it may be the only Norwegian beer I have tried.

Its a really weak tasting version of Bud. . . Yey!
Pretty much pointless I think, I mean its refreshing when cold, but would much rather have the real thing that actually tastes of something. . .

Tasty and hoppy but amber, not pale.
Not a bad beer, but also nothing flash.

Classic American lager beer.
Few lagers come as smooth and distinctly flavoured as a good Bud.
Theres nothing quite as refreshing on a hot summers day, when you’ve been breaking your back working outside, than an ice cold Bud.
