A Double Dry Hopped IPA from Brew York. Its very hoppy, and quite delicately floral. Hazy and nicely refreshing. Super pale straw coloured, and generally a really pleasant beer, without being overly strong and quite sessionable.

Cloudwater – DDH Pale

Nice, tasty, citrussy, hazy and fresh. everything I like in a DDH / NEIPA. Nothing particularly stand out, but relatively smooth and not bad all rounder.

Brew York – Haast’s Eagle

A fresh and hoppy DDH pale ale. Not as hazy as most I have sampled, but similar tasting. Using New Zealand sourced hops in honour of the town of Haast in New Zealand where the largest fossilised remains of an eagle were found.

Sampled from: Can

ABV – 5.7%

Would I recommend? Absolutely

Would I buy again? Of course (if I could afford it!)

Rating: 3/5

S43 – Kiwi2

A DDH Pale Ale brewed with hops from New Zealand, as well as copious amounts of Kiwifruit puree and juice. This results in a relatively sour, but super refreshing beer. Super fruity and zingy, a little heartburn inducing, but super refreshing.

ABV – 5.3%
