London Beer Factory – Sour Solstice

OK, this is the first “sour” I have tried. . . Well it does what it says on the can! thats for sure. . . Its very sour, and whilst it is fruity and you can taste both Cranberry and Blood Orange as it claims. . . its just too bitter to enjoy. Not for me!

Wickwar – Platform 6.1

Real surprise package this one. It was cheap and from B&M so expectations were low. It claims to be an impeccable IPA, so I was fully expecting the harsh hoppiness and not te be able to taste anything for a day afterwards. Nice surprise, it wasnt hoppy at all, nice and refreshing, fruity, and just a generally nice pale ale.

Sampled from: Bottle

ABV – 6.1%
