Brew York – All Because. . .

Chilli cherry chocolate milk stout.

Well. . . its chocolatey and there is a very slight hint of chilli in it, cant really taste it per se, just a slight warmth as it goes down. It quite bitter, and more like a dark chocolatey taste, rich and decadent, but without being overly sweet. . . Could not taste even the slightest hint of cherries, but all in all its a nice beer. Not mind-blowing, but nice. . .

Brew York – Sour Grapes and Silly Japes

Red grape and raspberry imperial pastry sour.

Wow, its sour, its strong, initially you get a sour hit of fruity goodness, followed by an almost cidery flavour, rounded off perfectly by a sweetness of kind of biscuity flavour. A super well rounded sour. Very refreshing.

Brew York – Viking DNA

A cherry wood smoked porter. Its OK, but a bit meh. . . nice and rich which you would expect, very smoked, but just lacking something for me. Odd as I tend to love everything they make, but this just didn’t do it for me. . .
