Brew York – Nougat a Friend in Me

A Toy Story tribute! Brewed in collab with Gwei-lo Beer from Hong Kong, its a Chocolate and Nougat pastry Stout, and its pretty damn good. Sweet and fulfilling, its a nicely well rounded beer. Not for you if you dont have a sweet tooth mind!

Vault City Brewing – Tropical Sour

Well, its slightly carbonated, very hazy, straw coloured, and hugely fruity. It tastes like a slightly more sour version of the fresh tropical fruit juice you can buy in the supermarkets. All in all, super refreshing and nice.

BAD Co. – Off Tempo Milkshake IPA

A slightly hazy, golden coloured IPA, with a smooth lactose based palette and a fruity / mildly hoppy flavour, its not great, but its not the worst I’ve had either.

Brew York – HHH

A Double Dry Hopped IPA from Brew York. Its very hoppy, and quite delicately floral. Hazy and nicely refreshing. Super pale straw coloured, and generally a really pleasant beer, without being overly strong and quite sessionable.

Erdinger – Dunkel

A dark brown version of the classic, readily available German wheat beer. Its got the usual flavours associated with a wheat beer, but with a richness and deeper malty flavours overlaid. I really enjoyed it, and I prefer it to the original actually.

Session IPA from Home Bargains. It was super cheap so I wasn’t expecting much. Its actually not too bad. hoppy and a little fruity, nothing special, but Ive tasted far worse for a lot more outlay.
